Step 2 Determine the right audit approach and cost-effective procedures.
Step 3 Conduct test of controls (compliance testing) as well as detailed testing (substantive testing)
Step 4 Analyze results to determine operational and financial efficiency. Test results as well as professional judgement based on years of experience enable us to prepare our overall audit conclusions.
Step 5 Report results to Management, Audit Committee and Board following proper reporting lines, followed by an assessment of the audit effectiveness and areas for improvement.
